The service
The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, security updates, search indexing and the Lumen Hub editor. It does not include changes we make on your behalf; each of those is a separate order, priced from the change menu or quoted before work starts.
Your content
You can change your own text and images in the editor, and you are responsible for what you publish. You own your text, your logo, your photographs and the images generated for your site.
Our platform
The Lumen Hub platform, its templates and its design system stay ours. You may use them for your website while the service is active.
Cancelling
Either of us may cancel the service with 30 days written notice. When the service ends the website goes offline. If you ask within 60 days, we send you your text and your images in common file formats. Your domain name is always yours.
Prices
We may change prices with 30 days notice. A price you accepted for an order does not change.
