Customers trust you@yourbusiness.ca more than a Gmail address. We set it up, move your old messages over, and hand you the keys. The account is yours, in your name, and you pay the provider's real price. We never mark it up.

$125 setup + $40 per mailbox we moveFor several people. Group addresses that reach two or three people are free. Your provider, your choice: Migadu from US$90/year for everyone, Google Workspace at about $9.20 per person a month (Google's price), or Microsoft 365.
Setup includes 30 days of help after the switch. After that, help is priced per request.

Are any edits included?
Yours are. You can change your text and images yourself, anytime, at no cost. Rather we did it? That is $50 a section. Design changes, like colours, fonts, new sections or new pages, are priced from the change menu.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site runs on Lumen Hub as a service, so it goes offline when the subscription ends. Ask within 60 days and we send you your written copy and the images generated for your site. Your domain is always yours.
Who owns my email?
You do. The account is in your name with the provider, and your mail stays yours whatever happens with your website. If you leave Lumen Hub, your free address simply moves to the provider's US$19/year.
How do store payments work?
Sales are paid straight into your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's own card fee (2.9% + 30¢ on a Canadian card at the time of writing), and we take no cut. Selling hundreds of products or tracking stock? Shopify is the better fit, and we will tell you so.
Can I add a campaign page later?
Yes. Existing clients get campaign landing pages for $350 each.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your domain, your email account, your written copy and the images made for your site. The design and the Lumen Hub platform stay with us.
Can I get a refund?
The setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before you see the first preview of your site. Monthly and yearly fees are not refunded for time left in a period, and a change we have not delivered is refunded in full.
